We keep our core educational materials — publications, courses, and example infrastructure code — freely and publicly available. Bylaws, Article I, Section 1.5
Working in the open
We teach infrastructure by showing the work, not just the result. We run the organization the same way.
Articles and tutorials go out under CC BY-NC 4.0, with an additional permission that lets any organization train its own employees and contractors with them, and code under the Apache License 2.0. You can learn from, adapt and share what we publish without asking us first; only selling the articles or using them in paid training needs our permission — see licensing.
The documents that govern us are published too: the articles of incorporation, the bylaws, and eight adopted policies. The names and addresses of individuals are omitted. Nothing else is. Our first annual return to the IRS covers 2026 and will be published here once it is filed.
Course materials, the schedule for the first cohort, and a process for nonprofits to request help are being written now and will be published here as they are ready.
